Monday, June 24

3:58 p.m. — A disturbance reported at Energy Park on Miles Street resulted in the arrest of Kelley Austin, 43, of North Main Street in Deerfield, on a warrant.

8:27 p.m. — Jouseph Silver Martinez Casanova, 35, of Conway Street in Greenfield, was arrested near Country Mart on Main Street on two charges of possession with intent to distribute a Class B drug, subsequent offense.

Tuesday, June 25

6:13 a.m. — Shoplifting reported at Home Depot on the Mohawk Trail. Services rendered.

8:52 a.m. — Past shoplifting investigated at Walgreen’s on Pierce Street.

12:55 p.m. — Welfare check requested at Big Y on the Mohawk Trail. Nicholas Robert Moore, 33, of Davis Street in Greenfield, was arrested on a charge of smelling or inhaling fumes releasing toxic vapors.

2:05 p.m. — Suspicious activity reported at Franklin Community Co-op on Main Street. Jorge Tanco, 49, homeless of Greenfield, was arrested on charges of open container/drinking alcohol in public and possession of a Class B drug.

7:39 p.m. — Joshua Giard, 39, of Guilford, Vermont, was arrested on Maple Street on charges of carrying a loaded firearm without a license, two counts of possession of a large-capacity firearm, possession of ammunition without an FID card and carrying a firearm without a license.

Wednesday, June 26

6:52 p.m. — Malicious destruction reported on Main Street. Nathan Terrell Franklin, 32, of Davis Street in Greenfield, was arrested on charges of vandalizing property and resisting arrest.

1:26 a.m. — Trespassing reported at Greenfield High School on Barr Avenue. Services rendered.

5:09 p.m. — Nathan Terrell Franklin, 32, of Davis Street in Greenfield, was arrested on the Greenfield Common on a warrant.

5:48 p.m. — Unwanted person reported at BJ’s Wholesale Club on Colrain Road. Nicholas Robert Moore, 33, of Davis Street in Greenfield, was arrested on a charge of smelling or inhaling fumes releasing toxic vapors.

7:59 p.m. — Hazardous conditions reported at the former temporary fire station on Prospect Street. Services rendered.

9:06 p.m. — Suspicious activity reported at Shelburne Road and Colrain Road. Nicholas Robert Moore, 33, of Davis Street in Greenfield, was arrested on a charge of smelling or inhaling fumes releasing toxic vapors.

4:21 a.m. — Breaking and entering attempted on Conway Street. Sebret B. Sanchez 31, of Avenue A in Turners Falls, was arrested on two warrants.

6:06 a.m. — Breaking and entering into a vehicle reported at the Days Inn on Colrain Road. Services rendered.

8:25 a.m. — Town bylaw violation at Main and Miles streets. Osvaldo Torres, 23, of Wells Street in Greenfield, was arrested on a charge of open container/drinking alcohol in public.

6:57 p.m. — Vehicle fire involving a black 2012 Nissan Rogue reported on Thayer Road. Services rendered.

10:03 a.m. — Malicious destruction reported at the John Zon Community Center on Pleasant Street. Report issued.

11:23 a.m. — Breaking and entering reported at Koch’s Automotive on Main Street. Services rendered.

Monday, July 1

2:03 a.m. — Hit and run involving a gray 2011 Nissan Versa and a yellow 2006 Kia Sedona was reported at CVS Pharmacy on Federal Street. Citation or warning issued.

4:27 a.m. — Clement Borrmeo De Guzman, 53, of Springfield, was arrested on Olive Street on a warrant.
